Prices for 2008

We aim to offer a first-class service, and believe that our prices compare very favourably with the competition. Our rates for customers in the North Oxford area (Jericho, Summertown, Wolvercote and Kidlington) are listed below. We do not charge VAT, so all prices are all-inclusive.

Standard rate:
£48 per hour. There is a minimum charge of ½ an hour, additional time charged by the ¼ hour. Once we have seen the computer to be repaired, we are happy to give you a free quote, so that you know in advance what you will have to pay for a specific job. For bigger projects, we offer discounted day and half-day rates. If we decide that the cost of repairing an older PC would exceed the price of a new one, there is no charge for the diagnosis (no fix, no fee).

Concessions:
We offer a 25% discount for senior citizens, charities and nurses etc.

Customers outside of the North Oxford area:
We are happy to visit customers outside our local area. However, please note that there is a minimum charge of 1 hour, and if the equipment proves to be beyond economic repair, there is a charge of £20 for the diagnosis. We may ask customers outside of Oxford City/Kidlington for a small payment to cover travel expenses.
